What does the warranty cover?
TechPower warranty covers any technical issues with your phone. Technical issues include problems with the camera, microphone, speakers, buttons and touch function, etc.

We offer a 36 month warranty on all our phones. Our warranty terms also include a battery for the first 12 months.

We will first try to repair your device. If we can't repair it, we'll replace your phone with an identical device. The warranty is void if the phone is damaged due to misuse (such as broken glass parts, bent body or water damage).

Phone repairs are only allowed here, otherwise the warranty will be void. A more detailed description of TechPower warranty can be found in our Terms of Use, Section 9.

Once you complete the form, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to pack and ship your device, as well as a printed prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the device, our warranty team will inspect the iPhone and process your case within 10 business days.
